Salmonella belongs to the intestinal bacteria family, including those causing food poisoning, gastroenteritis, typhoid and paratyphoid bacteria which has become the most common due to poisoning in recent years. The Salmonella enteritidis infection usually results from dairy, poultry and meat products, and chicken and eggs have a high risk especially.
